Sekedar mau berbagi saja buat yg masi belum faham tentang tata cara upgrade os ( bagi yg sudah mengerti silahkan abaikan saja ya )
Alat2 yg di butuhkan ialah PC/Laptop+kabel data dan yg jelas BB kamu, ( pastikan aplikasi DM dan BBsak sudah terinstal di PC/Laptop..!!
1.Pertama2 instal os yg telah kamu download ke pc

Click I Acept lalu click next

Click finish

2.Setelah selesai instal os di pc,lalu restart pc kamu

3.Setelah restart selesai colokkan BB kamu ke pc melalui kabel data lalu,buka BBsak untuk membackup seluruh aplikasi BB kamu ( click backup Apps )

4.Buka DM ( Desktop Manager ) untuk membackup data2 kamu,click Cadangkan sekarang

Click cadangkan

5.Kalau proses backup selesai,kamu masuk lagi ke aplikasi BBsak untuk membuang os yg ada di BB kamu (click Wipe device ) sampai terlihat tanda eror di BB kamu

6.Kalau proses Wipe selesai,lalu masuk ke menu Computer

7.Pilih program C

8.Pilih program files

9.Pilih common files

10.Pilih Research in motion

11.Click apploader

12.Lalu Jgn lupa hapus vendor XML

Click continue

13.Sekarang siap untuk memulai ( click loader ) ikuti petunjuk sampai proses load selesai ( jangan memainkan kabel data )

14.Setelah proses upgrade selesai tinggal mengembalikan aplikasi kamu,masuk ke aplikasi BBsak lalu ( Click Restore apps )setelah restore selesai biarkan BB mu restart otomatis

15.Lalu buka DM ( Desktop Manager ) untuk mengembalikan data2 kamu, ( click kembalikan )

Click kembalikan

Setelah selesai semua,cabut kabel data kamu dari pc, lalu kamu cabut batre lalu kamu pasang lagi,dan BB kamu siap di gunakan lagi...
